How TuneCube works
TuneCube is a giant grid — 10,000 tiles on one page — where each tile belongs to one artist. Fans and industry people browse the grid, hear a snippet of your music by holding your tile, and tap through to your Instagram. Here's exactly what's involved and what you need to do, in plain English.
The short version: you add your Instagram and pick your genre, and claim your free tile — add your song link now or later — it's placed for you on the grid. Your tile then stays on the grid as a permanent advert for you — your photo, your sound, and a one-tap path to your Instagram — free, forever. That's it. Three steps, about a minute of setup.

Add your Instagram and your song

Go live and get discovered
Stays live — free foreverYour tile goes live on the grid with your photo. Fans tap it to hear your song and go straight to your Instagram, and your song is added to the TuneCube Artists Spotify playlist. Once a year we'll email to check you still want your spot — one tap keeps it.
What you need
The only must-have is an Instagram account. Adding your song (Spotify link or upload) is recommended so fans can hear you, but you can do it later.
An Instagram account
This is the one must-have. Your tile links straight to your Instagram, so it's how people actually reach you after they find you on the grid.
Your own song
This is the other must-have. Your song is what people hear when they tap your tile — upload it straight from your phone (MP3, WAV and more) or link your Spotify artist page.
A card — only if you buy extras
Your first tile is free, and it stays free — no card needed to join. You only need a card if you buy extra tiles: 4 tiles for £5/month, or 16 tiles for £18/month. You can cancel any time.
What you don't have to do
- You don't need a label, a manager, or a big budget.
- You don't need to know anything about websites or code — it's a form and a few buttons.
- You don't need to post every day. Your tile stays up whether you post or not.
- You don't need to be on every platform. Instagram is enough to start; the rest are optional.
How people actually find you
They browse the grid
Visitors land on the grid and scroll, zoom, and filter by genre. Your tile is just one of thousands — but it's always there, always showing your photo, unlike a social post that's gone in a day.
They hear you, then tap
Holding your tile plays a snippet of your song. If they like it, one tap sends them straight to your Instagram — no middle page, no extra steps.
The Daily Superstar
Every 24 hours one tile is crowned the Daily Superstar with a gold glow and shown across the whole grid — first place in the grid player, too. Every artist with a live tile is in with a chance, free or paid.
A&R and labels browse too
Industry people use the grid to find upcoming artists. Your tile is a mini press kit — your sound, your links, your photos, all in one place they already look.
What your tile looks like
One square on the grid. Your profile picture fills it. When someone taps it, a card pops up with your name, your genre, a play button for your song, and buttons for Instagram, Spotify, Apple Music and YouTube — whichever you've added. That's all a visitor needs to go from "never heard of you" to "following you" in two taps.

What exactly do I have to do?+
Three things: add your Instagram handle and your song link, claim your free tile, and then leave it. Your tile stays on the grid and does the work — there's nothing to post or maintain day to day.
How much does it cost?+
TuneCube is free to join — your first tile is free, forever, no card needed. Extra tiles come as blocks: 4 tiles for £5 a month (2×2 Big) or 16 tiles for £18 a month (4×4 DOMINANT). You can cancel any time.
Do I have to pay anything, ever?+
No — unless you want a larger block or Gold Centre placement. Once a year we'll email to ask if you want to keep your account; one tap renews it for another year, still free. If we don't hear back, your free tile comes off the grid but your login keeps working and you can claim again any time.
Do I have to upload a song?+
Yes — your own song is what makes your tile playable. You can upload up to two tracks straight from your phone or computer (MP3, WAV, M4A, FLAC and more), or link your Spotify artist page instead. If you'd like a hand with it, get in touch and we'll walk you through it.
How long does my tile stay up?+
Forever, as long as you keep your account. Once a year we'll email you to check you still want it — one tap and you're set for another year. If we don't hear back after a couple of weeks, your free tile comes off the grid so the spot can go to someone else, but your login keeps working and you can claim again any time.
How do people find my tile?+
Visitors land on the grid and browse by genre or search by name. They hold a tile to hear a preview, then tap through to your Instagram. One tile is also crowned the Daily Superstar every 24 hours and spotlighted across the whole grid.
What if I'm not very technical?+
That's fine — there's nothing technical about it. You type your Instagram handle, paste your song link, and tap claim. If you can use Instagram, you can use TuneCube.
